I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker also an Aromatherapist specializing in relaxation and pain relief. Everyone needs a break from the hectic pace of our lives, a renewal if you will. Massage helps to give you that renewal, a break from pain, stress and worries of your day for a window of time. I believe everyone should have a time to relax and breathe so they can heal and put their best foot forward in whatever they may choose to do.
